The records a KOC or KOL collaboration needs
The records in an influencer collaboration: brief, contract, drafts, content review, publishing, cancellation and settlement, and who is responsible for each.
Separate record types
Contracts, campaigns, content, channels and payments are kept as separate records so nothing gets mixed up.

General terms, each collaboration's conditions, term, changes and acceptance time are kept separately.
Payments and funds

HOJA keeps recommendation reasons, human approvals, block lists and content reuse consent under each policy version.
Information security
Share only the minimum information, limit access, log file access and handle data deletion requests.
Cancelling and closing a collaboration
When a collaboration is cancelled or closed, HOJA records the reason and payment handling instead of deleting the record, so both sides can check it later.
