Delete your HOJA for Influencer data

1. Delete your account

• Web: open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Profile, open the Account tab and select Delete account.
• App: open Me and select Delete account.

Deletion takes effect immediately: your creator profile and personal data are erased, tokens of your connected social accounts are revoked with each platform, and every session ends.

2. Remove only a social account

• In the Service: open Settings, find the channel and disconnect it. We delete its access token.
• On the platform: TikTok — Settings and privacy > Security > Manage app permissions; Facebook — Settings > Apps and websites; Instagram and Threads — Settings > Website permissions; Google/YouTube — myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• If you remove HOJA for Influencer on Facebook, Instagram or Threads, Meta notifies us automatically: removing the app deletes the stored token, and a data deletion request also deletes the channel verification record.

3. Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted or only specific data. We confirm within 20 days, as required by Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP.

4. What we must keep

Contracts you signed with brands, payment records and the identity data used in them are accounting records. Article 41 of the Law on Accounting No. 88/2015/QH13 requires them to be kept for 10 years from the end of the financial year; after that they are deleted automatically. The creator record those ledgers point to is kept only in anonymized form.
